ST. CATRIND VENTURES LIMITED (SCVL) is a multi-disciplinary Engineering and Environmental services company formed with a passion for technical and operational excellence in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Its main thrust is to deliver world-class engineering and business process management – with professionalism and commitment.

ST. CATRIND VENTURES LIMITED was floated by a team of former employees of Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), all of whom disengaged honourably from the Shell Group. The main motivation for forming ST. CATRIND VENTURES LIMITED is to create a home for bringing Nigerian professionals together to collectively make their experiences available to the Oil and Gas Companies, train, coach and mentor less experienced Nigerians in various E&P disciplines as a means of addressing the challenges of “local content” in the oil and gas industry. ST. CATRIND VENTURES LIMITED is therefore managed by a competent, proactive, and highly resourceful management team, with extensive working experience in Nigeria and Overseas, spanning a period of over 30 years.

ST. CATRIND VENTURES LIMITED will, when necessary enter into some form of technical partnership with some overseas companies with the main intention of supplementing needed technology and expertise Management Framework is in place for key operational elements that impact on performance, notably Business Principles and Ethics, Quality Management, HSE, Community Affairs, and Nigerian Content.
