TAIWO A. ABULOKWE (MRS)
Director / Chief Executive Officer

Taiwo Abulokwe, a COREN registered engineer is the founder and Managing Director of ST. CATRIND VENTURES LIMITED.
Holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering (with bias to Process Analysis & Development and Project Evaluation & Appraisal) from the University of Aston in Birmingham. U.K.
She started her career in the oil & gas industry in 1984 with ELF (now TOTAL) Nigeria Limited as a Safety and Environmental Engineer (on NYSC). Thereafter, she joined Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) where she worked for 22years in Nigeria and Brunei (on cross posting). While in SPDC, she served in various capacities as Field Development Planning and Appraisal Engineer; Field Engineer (Design, Procurement and Construction); Project Manager; Internal (Technical) Auditor; Head Project Services in charge of company-wide Engineering Quality Assurance/Control, Processes & Tools for: Project Planning/Scheduling, Cost Engineering, Document Control and Drawing Offices.
Amongst her main achievements were :-
- Transformation of Early Field Production by developing SPDC’s first mobile concrete Barge Mounted Flowstation at Gbetiokun.
- Optimisation of the EA Field Development Plan to reduce the scope and cost of the development.
- Project Development including feasibility studies to eliminate venting and flaring in entire Brunei Shell operations (onshore and offshore).
- Played a pivotal role in setting up SCIN FEED Office.
Taiwo served in several SPDC value creation teams such as Contracts Panels, preparation of Contracts Management Guide (CMG), Structural Cost Review and Co-ordinator for her Asset Team’s PtL (Producing the Limit). These teams were aimed at improving existing processes and repositioning SPDC towards achieving its vision of Company of first choice.
She also holds Shell Global competence status in oil and gas facilities engineering with multi-dimensional experience spanning onshore/offshore.
She is a change agent with outstanding capabilities in organizational transformation management and coordination of multi-disciplinary activities.
She attended several professional and management development courses/programs in Nigeria and overseas. She has retired from Shell.
EMEKA C ABULOKWE
Director

Emeka Abulokwe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Has thirty three (33) years experience with Shell Petroleum Development Company in Surface Facilities Engineering and Project Management. He worked in Nigeria and Brunei as well as several short term stints supervising EPC contractors in the UK, Netherlands, Singapore and Malaysia.
Experience includes Conceptual Studies, Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Detailed Design of oil and gas processing facilities, offshore and onshore Field Engineering Construction and Project Management. He also held the position of Engineering Skills Development Adviser to all the Shell Companies in Nigeria.
Major project achievements include: SPDC-West Jones Creek Gas Compression station (Project Manager), and Brunei Shell’s Champion-7 (offshore) Gas Compression platform and facilities (Project Manager).
He holds Shell Global competence status in oil and gas facilities’ engineering with multi-dimensional experience spanning onshore/offshore; such as: Field Development Planning, upstream facilities’ Design & Construction, and Project Management.
He attended several professional and management development courses and programs in Nigeria and overseas. He has retired from Shell.
DR. NNEKA NANCY ABULOKWE,
OBE, FAPM, FBCS
Director of Communications / Corporate Affairs

Nneka is a renowned specialist in technology (tech), digital, governance and ESG, for each of which she has been the recipient of some of the highest awards and recognitions of excellence. She is passionate about the intelligent use of technologies such as Cyber, Artificial Intelligence (AI) blended with modern governance to enable growth, international expansion and business efficiency. She brings this depth of experience, and the richness of novel and well-informed insights to a range of geographically dispersed clients in Europe, Asia, The Middle East, USA and Africa.
Her career has been underpinned by well thought out evidence-based research which has impacted working practices in governance, tech and digital services for multinational establishments.
She undertook pioneering research exploring the pivotal role of people and governance in the outsourcing of technology and digital services, earning her a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from Cranfield University School of Management, UK.
Nneka is an independent non executive director (INED) of the private equity backed Davies Group; INED Capita PLC; a Member of the International Advisory Board of Cranfield University, School of Management and a member of the board of visitors The Ashmolean Museum, University of Oxford. She was previously an External Member of the University of Cambridge Audit and Risk Committee.

OLUKAYODE OKUBOYEJO
BEng (Hons), Msc, MIET, MInstMC
Engineering Manager

Kayode has a Bachelor of Engineering with honours degree in Electrical/Electronic from South Bank University, London and a Masters of Science with merit in Corrosion Control Engineering from University of Manchester. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Measurement & Control (InstMC) and the Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET) both of the UK.
Kayode has a combined experience of engineering and management expertise developed in the oil & gas industry in Instrumentation & Control systems spanning over 23 years in the UK, Middle East & West Africa (including Nigeria)
His experience is a broad-based technical expertise in control & Instrumentation for oil and gas production. These include producing instrument specifications, selection and datasheets as well as control system specifications for both process and emergency shutdown systems, pneumatic and hydraulic panel specifications, system equipment test procedures, Factory Acceptance tests (FATs) and Site Acceptance Tests (SATs) for vendor scopes. He led several on-site commissioning of new or modified equipment, the most recent being the entire piping, structural and instrumentation scopes of a new Gas Compression Eductor Unit on Spirit Energy’s Central Processing Platform off Morecambe Bay, UK.
Worked in expatriate capacity as the lead instrument engineer on the $110m ExxonMobil / Amec Kizomba FPSO project in Africa. In addition to his technical leads and management responsibilities, he co-designed and oversaw a knowledge and skills transfer program, an initiative of the Angolan National Oil company to increase local content participation and reduce unemployment.
Kayode is a senior control and instrumentation engineer for oil and gas service company PD&MS UK Ltd on brownfield scopes on various assets across the North Sea. He is also Lead Control & Instrumentation engineer for oil and gas service company Wood PLC, on various greenfield projects for oil giant Saudi Aramco.
Kayode enjoys playing football, reading and cycling in his spare time.
He is also a member of the management team of St. Catrind Ventures Limited.
DIEPREYE EMI MARTIN-UKU
HR / Training Manager

Diepreye has over over 25 years of working experience in various multinational companies in the Finance, Construction, Human Resources, Marketing and Manufacturing sectors across Nigeria.
She holds an MBA from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology Port-Harcourt; as well as a B. Sc. Education and Accounting (Adv. Dip.) from the University of Ibadan.
She is a member of St. Catrind Ventures Limited’s Management team.
ANDREW ENUMAH
ICT Manager / Admin.

Andrew Enumah has a Bsc. Physics from University of Port Harcourt. He has many years of experience in Facilities’ Construction and Project Management.
He has a good knowledge of human and material management. Good aptitude for achieving optimal capacity utilization at desired quality, cost and satisfaction of St. Catrind Ventures Limited’s customers.
